The Initial ConsultationTogether we will identify how hypnotherapy can help you. We will agree what you would like to achieve from the therapy and how many sessions it is likely to take.
I’ll explain how the mind works and how hypnotherapy can help you and an explanation of the session format. I will also give you access to a FREE relaxing recording to download, and start you on "51 Days to a New Way of Thinking" programme. We will start the process straight away before your first full session. The Initial consultation is approx. 90 minutes and is £70.00. Payment is required 24 hours before the initial consultation via bank transfer or payment link. |

Face to Face Sessions
We’ll begin each session by identify a way forward. I’ll then guide you into a state of focused attention with the use of "Trance" to help you in the process of making beneficial changes. Success is always dependent on your commitment to change.
These session are effective face to face or as ‘online’ therapy. Face to Face sessions take place in a homely, comfortable therapy room in Clowne, Chesterfield.
All sessions are approximately 50 minutes.

Online (remote) Sessions
Online therapy is very useful for clients who are unable to attend in person, or prefer remote therapy. the sessions are exactly the same as the face to face sessions in a therapy room.
I use Zoom, as it provides a secure environment for online sessions.
You will need a smart phone or a computer for these sessions, Also a comfortable, private space in your home where you will not be disturbed. I also recommend ear phones for these sessions.
Once we have agreed a date and time I will send you an email with a link to the Zoom appointment. When it is time for your appointment, you simply click on the link and the Zoom App will do the rest.

Anti-Smoking/Vaping
Have you decided you want to stop smoking or vaping? As with all success it is dependent on commitment to the process.
This is a three session therapy which will last approx. 1 1/2 hours each session with a 10 minute pre-session telephone consultation.

Payment can be made 24 hours before your initial appointment except for Anti-Smoking which will need to be made 48 hours before the session or at the time of booking by Bank transfer, PayPal or Cash.
