Stop Smoking with Bluebell Cottage Therapy is an 2 hour session (approximately). We explain how the mind works in relation to smoking, why and how you smoke. We are interested in you being a no Smoker, tomorrow, next week, next month but also in five years time.
Hypnosis is not a magic bullet but it helps your mind work in a different way to make the changes you want. As with all success it depends on your commitment to the process.
This is a one session therapy which will last approximately 2 hours with a 10 minute pre-session telephone consultation.
This process can be do either Face to Face in the therapy room or as a Online Session, via Zoom.
Fee The fee is £250 (the payment will be due at the time of booking or 48 hours before, due to the commitment of the therapist time. Payments can be made by Bank transfer. If you require to paying by card or cash on the day of the appointment, a £50 deposit will be required at time of the booking. The booking will not be confirmed until payment or the deposit is paid.
