The sessions are split into 3 sections:
1. We learn how the brain works and why we over-eat, even when we know it is bad for us!
How many times have we all woken up saying today is the day, I will make the right choices but…by tea time we slip into our unhealthy habits….. Why and what can we do about it to change these behavioural patterns.
2. Goal setting suggestion – This is your personal goal for each week.
Your goal is personal and private and not discussed openly, It could be to stop drinking that second glass of wine or even stop eating crisps or chocolate. It could be to get up ½ hour earlier each morning.
3. Hypnosis which relaxes you and encourages your brain to process the suggestion of your personal goal.
How many times have you said “if I could lose weight I would be happy, if I could lose weight all would be right with my life”… the truth is when we are happy and in control then it is possible to lose weight.
All session sizes are small, relaxing and fun. You choose to be as interactive as you want.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a combination of Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy. The Psychotherapy is beneficial to focus on our goals and the effects are enhanced by Hypnotherapy.
